Reactive Support Ticketing Services
We are also available to our clients who might not be willing to have proactive support. Here we support our client’s basis on minimum effort estimation model and make available resources on call. The on-call services are priced based upon the activity that the clients want to avail. We handle tasks to ensure proactive health checkup, Patch Management etc from multiple solution vendors that you might have in your infrastructure.
Technical Manpower Services
Certain clients have requirements of resources specific to certain specific skill sets for a fixed tenure on contract. Based on a thorough understanding of the job specifications, organisation culture, education & skill requirement, safety awareness and other critical attributes required for the specific position, we follow a dual step process of evaluation. Once we shortlist such candidate we recruit and deploy Managers/Engineers/Technicians at the client premises.
